What we have in store!

Problem Statement

Over the decades, we have witnessed a steady global decline.
In response, a dedicated minority stood up to raise awareness, but their efforts ultimately faltered due to a lack of organization. The current situation has grown so dire that we must now pursue a completely different approach. The immediate problems we face include:

  • Democracy is on its last legs, steadily losing ground worldwide to non-ideal alternatives like oligarchy and technocracy.
  • What entered the mainstream in the 1980s as ‘climate change’ has now escalated into a full-scale climate crisis.
  • The modern surge in wealth inequality took root during the 1980s and has expanded exponentially ever since.
  • As empathy and compromise have been systematically demonized, the hyper-isolation of the idealized nuclear family has left society bewildered by an entirely predictable epidemic of loneliness.

We require a solution that fulfills the following criteria:

  • It must ensure that power is derived from the proletariat and remains firmly in their hands, while strictly guarding against bureaucratic corruption.
  • The framework must be backward compatible with democracy and capitalism; because these are the dominant global systems, any transition will require a phased, long-term timeline
  • It must ensure that all individuals feel empowered and equipped to actively participate within the system.
Phase 1: Setup (In Progress)

Before making the site discoverable, we need to ensure the foundation is laid. This phase will set the art direction and define our intent and key paradigms. While setting everything up first might temporarily slow us down, we want to ensure we don’t rush the process.

Phase 2: Launch

Once the site is fully set up, we will enter the growth stage. This will involve distributing our comics and art assets across various social platforms to gauge public interest in our vision. If the reception is poor, we may need to extend our stay in phase 2 before transitioning to phase 3

Phase 3: Organize

By now, the community should be big enough to start forming local groups that can meet up and tackle issues they care about. In this phase, we’ll start linking these groups together and setting up cultural touchstones to keep everyone aligned on the same goal.

Phase 4: Forge

As local groups become self-sufficient, we hope to secure the resources to build an open-source app that connects people to their nearest community. It will feature built-in voting tools to speed up response times and make collective decision-making seamless. The ultimate goal is to put recursive democracy into action and prove that this system works.

Phase 5: Impact

Once our local groups unite, grow to a sustainable size, and mature, we will use this collective power to change the world for the better. Details TBD
